Prayer & Bible Study - Light Through The Word

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday, during the morning service, a team of volunteers is praying for the ministry of the Word. Throughout the week, volunteers from our Prayer Intercessors team pray for our pastor his family, our leaders and their families, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs. Each Wednesday, the church comes together for a special time of prayer and Bible study.



Women's Ministry - Virtuous Ladies of Light

Virtuous Ladies of Light, led by our First Lady, is an awesome support group for women of all ages. Every Friday is "Ladies Night" where the women study God's Word, discuss challenges and how they can overcome them and still remain ladies of virtue with dignity and class. The women's ministry provides a solid source of inspiration for moms, wives, sisters and young ladies fostering and shaping tomorrow's women. 

 

Men's Ministry - Titus Men of Light

Men of integrity, commitment, valor and the fear of God are in high demand today. We believe that it is important for us to empower our Men to meet those demands through the studying of God's Word and Support of each other.  Titus Men meet on Friday Nights to pray, have fellowship, discuss challenges and how they can overcome them. The men's ministry provides a solid source of inspiration for fathers, husbands, brothers and young young fostering and shaping tomorrow's men. 

 

Missions & Outreach Programs - GO MISSIONS

Lighthouse Ministries International is thrilled to be able to spread God’s kingdom around the world. We are active in sending mission teams and supporting these missions with our money and with our prayers. Lighthouse has missions outreach programs/interests in Jamaica, Barbados, Canada, and Guyana expanding our reach yearly. Each year, a small team from our church travels to one of these three countries to assist our missionaries in practical projects and evangelistic outreach. We encourage all of our people to respond to God’s call for laborers, whether it means that they move to a foreign country or live and minister in our own community.

​Music & Arts - Praise Warriors & Lighthouse United Voices
God-honoring worship is something we strive for. A number of our members get involved in our music and arts ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the Praise Warriors Worship Experience, while others get involved in drama. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.



​Ushers & Greeters
The usher team at our church fills an important role. They are involved in directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, guiding traffic, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors, locking doors, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The usher team is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.



​Media & Technology - Audio/Visual Ministry
Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of our church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. We stream services online and weekly sermon are uploaded to our website in presentation format. Our Audio/Visual Ministry provides record sermons to order each week and soon to come audio formats online. Our Tech Support Team maintains our website, an active Facebook, YouTube Channel and Twitter feed for additional church communication.



​Marriage & Pastor Counseling - Family Support
Marriages can be difficult to maintain. Misunderstanding, confusion, resentment, and anger can flare up in any marriage. Several couples at our church serve other families as marriage counselors. Their role in listening, understanding, helping, and encouraging struggling couples has, by God’s grace, saved marriages, and repaired relationships. Couples have found fresh hope and new joy in a warm and fulfilling relationship with their spouse.
